From La Madelaine-sous-Montreuil in the North of France, creative visionary Chef Alexandre Gauthier travels to Singapore to share an enchanting menu of natural sensibilities.

 

At only 38 years old Chef Alexandre Gauthier is the new generation’s most avant-garde Chef. Upon taking over the family restaurant in 2003, a new aesthetic and modern approach to ingredients secured La Grenouillère’s international acclaim.
